Bolin Grove Farms in Hernando
At Bolin Grove Farms, you’ll find an array of delectable fruits, as well as farm fresh eggs, sunflowers and honey harvested from beehives on the property. The 40-acre farm boasts fields of blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, nectarines and a Mississippi staple – muscadines!  Hours and fruit availability vary, so we recommend checking their social media pages or website for the latest information.

Nesbit Blueberry Plantation in Nesbit
This family owned and operated farm offers a variety of blueberries (who knew there’s more than one kind?!) for you to enjoy. You can have berries picked for you or do it yourself. The latter makes for a fun family activity! Your crew can get the inside scoop from the experts onsite before getting started to ensure everyone has a wonderful experience.

Due to a cold snap in March that impacted young bushes, Nesbit Blueberry has not released its hours of operation for the season just yet. We recommend visiting their website before you plan a visit.

Cedar Hill Farms in Hernando
With 120 acres of rolling hills, Cedar Hill Farms is the largest U-pick farm in DeSoto County. The sprawling fields are host to strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and beehives. As with any farm, produce availability varies depending on weather, so be sure to visit their website before planning your trip. Pro tip: Purchase a U-pick ticket online to score a bucket of berries with your admission fee.

PS: Kids can attend summer camp on the property where they will learn all about farm life and agriculture. Click here for more information.
