There’s something so special about local bake shops, and Abbikadabbi’s Baking Co. is one you must try! What started in Abbi’s home has blossomed into a well-established business in Southaven, Mississippi.
Abbi’s love for baking sparked from spending time in the kitchen with her mom and grandma as a little girl. At age 12, she started baking classes, and since then, she has known she wanted to start her own business one day.
After eating many cookies that looked great, but lacked flavor, her mission was simple: create cookies that had great taste and looked beautiful – and we can safely say that mission has been accomplished!
When she was in junior high school, she started her own Facebook page for customers to place orders. From there, her business grew rapidly. Lines soon formed out the door of her home and into the street! She knew getting a brick-and-mortar store was crucial to keeping up with growing demand.
She continued baking through college and graduated from Ole Miss in 2023. Soon after, she opened Abbikaddabi’s Baking Co. in 2025 at 6727 Snowden Lane, just across from Snowden Grove Park.
Abbi sells a variety of delicious treats like:

Abbikadabbi’s hours are:
- Wednesday-Friday | 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Saturday | 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
